Erik Giusti (that's me!) is a seasoned entertainment and brand marketing executive with 13+ years of expertise in strategic marketing, social media and content creation, industry partnerships, leadership, and design. Co-founder of TENTH FLOOR, a digital marketing agency, Erik focuses on bringing talent, brands, and communities together through authentic social media marketing and data-driven strategy.
Previously, as TikTok's Partnerships Lead, Erik collaborated with top entertainment companies and global talent, shaping on-platform strategy and inspiring creativity. Notable initiatives included launching new products like TikTok Shop and championing cultural initiatives such as Pride, Support Black Business, and Mental Health Awareness.
Before TikTok, Erik spent eight years at Capitol Records, leading global marketing for artists like Katy Perry, Beck, and Sam Smith. He later joined Meta in London, overseeing music partnerships strategy for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. There, he collaborated with industry giants, partnered with major events, and supported emerging talent during the 2020 pandemic.
